McCall-Donnelly Jt. School District is dedicated to providing sustained, job-embedded professional development which improves teachers’ practices and student learning. The district uses research based programs which demonstrate improved achievement for our children when implemented with fidelity.

The Board of Trustees adopted Board Policy which links our professional development practices to Learning Forward's (previously named National Staff Development Council) Standards for professional development. The policy will help ensure continued adherence to high quality teacher and staff training.
