If you are interested in attending school at Heartland High School please follow the application procedure: 

1. Find out if you qualify by reading the “At-Risk Student Qualification Checklist.” If you do qualify, please complete this form.

2. Complete PowerSchool Online Enrollment

3. Secure a copy of your immunization records and Birth Certificate.

4. Bring or send the above to Heartland High School.

5. We will contact you to set up a Parent/Student Interview.

6. Your parent or guardian must accompany you to your appointment.
